Marketing Growth Partner (Execution-Focused) – B2B sales - Fitness Industry - Gym Equipment manufacturer We’re looking for an experienced marketing partner to become an extension of our team. This is not a strategy-only or consulting role. We need someone who can both help shape our marketing direction and execute the work. Our ideal partner is proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable taking ownership of marketing initiatives while collaborating closely with our team. What You’ll Do Marketing Strategy & Execution * Develop and implement marketing initiatives that support our business goals. * Recommend next steps based on performance data and market opportunities. * Bring ideas to the table and help us prioritize what will have the biggest impact. * Execute campaigns rather than simply advising us on what to do. * Work with our team to develop campaign ideas and content briefs/specifications for graphics, videos, and other creative assets. * Maintain and strengthen our brand voice across all channels. * Monitor performance and recommend improvements. Lead Generation & CRM * Build and optimize lead generation campaigns. * Design and improve CRM pipelines and customer journeys. * Create and optimize lead nurturing funnels. * Recommend and implement improvements to increase conversion rates. Email Marketing * Plan and execute email campaigns. * Build automated email sequences and customer journeys. * Segment audiences and optimize campaigns for engagement and conversions. * Monitor results and continuously improve performance. - having graphic design experience is a huge bonus. What We’re Looking For * Proven experience managing marketing for B2B businesses, ideally within health and wellness, industrial, engineering, or automotive sectors. * Strong execution skills , you enjoy doing the work, not just creating strategy documents. * Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. * Experience with email marketing platforms and automation workflows. * Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization. * Excellent written communication and the ability to develop a consistent brand voice. * Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with our team. Nice to Have * Experience in fitness industry or manufacturing products. * Knowledge of SEO and content marketing. * Paid advertising experience (LinkedIn, Google, Meta). * Graphic design or video editing capabilities.
