Summary Guardian Leadership is a growing leadership development company serving law enforcement, public safety, and government organizations across the United States. We provide instructor-led leadership training, keynote presentations, consulting, and professional development programs designed to help organizations develop stronger leaders, teams, and cultures. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager & GoHighLevel Administrator to become a long-term member of our team. This is a hands-on role that combines marketing strategy, campaign execution, copywriting, CRM management, marketing automation, and GoHighLevel administration. We need someone who can help us generate more leads, increase class registrations, improve follow-up, and ensure our marketing systems run reliably. The right person will be able to think strategically, execute consistently, communicate clearly, and take ownership of both the marketing campaigns and the systems that support them. Current Marketing Environment We have invested significantly in building our marketing infrastructure using GoHighLevel. Our current GoHighLevel system includes: CRM with over 7,000 contacts Marketing automations and workflows Email marketing campaigns SMS campaigns Website integrations Landing pages and lead capture forms Chat widgetStudent portal Conference lead capture QR codes Student certificate QR code workflows Automated student feedback requests Google Review request automations Customer nurture campaigns Class follow-up workflows Contact tagging, segmentation, and pipelines Our current GoHighLevel environment is housed within an agency Enterprise account. We want to transition into our own standalone GoHighLevel account while preserving the functionality we already have. This migration is an important first project, but it is not the entire role. After the migration, we are looking for ongoing marketing support, campaign development, copywriting, automation, reporting, and system optimization. First Priority: GoHighLevel Migration & Stabilization One of the first responsibilities will be to assess our current GoHighLevel setup and create a clear migration plan into our own standalone account. The goal is not to rebuild everything from scratch. The goal is to preserve, transfer, test, and improve the systems we have already invested in. This includes making sure the following continue to function properly: Contact records and CRM structure Tags, segments, and pipelines Email campaigns and templates SMS workflows Marketing automations Forms and landing pages Website integrations Chat widget Student portal Conference lead capture QR codes Student certificate QR code workflows Feedback request automations Google Review request automations Customer nurture sequences Class follow-up workflows Any related integrations, domains, sending settings, and tracking We need someone who understands that a successful migration is not just copying workflows. It requires careful planning, testing, documentation, and follow-through so nothing critical is lost or broken. What Success Looks Like Success in this role means: We are operating from our own standalone GoHighLevel account Existing systems are preserved, tested, and functioning properly Marketing campaigns are being executed consistently Email and SMS automations are reliable Conference leads are followed up with effectively Class promotions are planned and executed professionally Customer communication is clear and timely Program registrations increase Reporting provides useful insight Guardian Leadership has a marketing system that can scale as the business grows Engagement We are looking for a long-term working relationship. The initial phase will focus on auditing the current GoHighLevel environment, planning the migration, executing the transition, testing functionality, and stabilizing the system. After that, the role will continue as ongoing marketing support, including campaign planning, email marketing, copywriting, automation management, reporting, and continued system improvement. Estimated ongoing workload after the initial transition is approximately 10–20 hours per month, with additional hours likely during the migration and major campaign launches. To Apply Please send a brief proposal that includes: Your GoHighLevel experience Examples of similar systems or marketing campaigns you have managed Your experience with email marketing, automation, and CRM management Any experience migrating GoHighLevel accounts or rebuilding GHL systems Your availability to begin Any relevant portfolio, case studies, or examples of work Please begin your proposal with Guardian Growth so we know you read the full posting. We are looking for someone who can help us protect what we have already built, improve our marketing systems, execute effective campaigns, and become a trusted long-term marketing partner as Guardian Leadership continues to grow.
