Job Title: Marketing Manager Rate: $12–$20/hour Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing digital marketing campaigns, Shopify store marketing, AI-powered tools, and graphic design projects. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns Manage and optimize Shopify store promotions and product marketing Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and ads Utilize AI tools to improve marketing workflows, content creation, and efficiency Design marketing materials, graphics, and promotional assets Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports Conduct market and competitor research Collaborate with internal teams on branding and growth initiatives Qualifications: Proven experience in digital marketing or marketing management Experience with Shopify platform and ecommerce marketing Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar platforms Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or related tools Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and social media management Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Skills: Meta Ads and Google Ads experience Video editing and content creation skills Basic analytics and reporting knowledge
