Marketing & Operations Assistant (Remote - Americas)

Remote — North America, Central America, or South America ABOUT US We are a marketing agency that specializes in helping medical spas grow through social media advertising, email marketing, website design, sales funnels, and marketing automation. We're looking for a Marketing Assistant who enjoys solving problems, learning new tools, and supporting a fast-moving team. This role is ideal for someone who loves marketing, enjoys technology, and likes having variety in their workday. No two days look exactly the same. One day you may be helping troubleshoot a website issue, the next you may be updating a sales funnel, organizing reporting data, writing simple marketing copy, or helping our management team with operational projects. We're less concerned about having years of experience and more interested in finding someone who is resourceful, dependable, organized, and eager to learn. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Marketing & Technical Support * Help maintain websites, landing pages, and marketing funnels * Assist with troubleshooting website, domain, and technical issues * Support GoHighLevel accounts, automations, and campaigns * Test funnels and customer journeys to make sure everything is working properly * Help keep marketing systems connected and running smoothly
 Reporting & Analytics * Assist with client reporting * Track marketing performance and campaign metrics * Organize and maintain data accurately * Help identify issues or gaps in reporting Administrative & Team Support * Data entry and database management * Research projects * Documentation and process organization * General administrative support for the management team * Special projects and other team support tasks as needed
 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: * Comfortable learning new software and technology * Naturally curious and enjoys figuring things out independently * Organized and detail-oriented * Strong communication skills * Interested in marketing and how different systems work together * Able to switch between different types of tasks throughout the day * Reliable and proactive * Comfortable asking questions when needed but capable of finding solutions on your own
