We are NOT looking for: social media posting Canva graphics generic branding work someone waiting around for instructions someone who creates more meetings than momentum We already have: designers developers content writers CRM specialists automation vendors AI systems What we need is someone who can: coordinate specialists manage workflows remove blockers ensure implementation test systems validate automations manage timelines maintain momentum keep the founder OUT of day-to-day operational chaos This role is fundamentally about: execution operational leadership implementation automation accountability —not “marketing theory.” What You’ll Be Managing You will help coordinate and oversee: GoHighLevel workflows and automations WordPress website launches Funnel and landing page implementation Webinar systems and follow-up workflows AI-assisted content and automation systems CRM integrations and appointment workflows Content publishing systems Email and SMS automation QA Vendor coordination and implementation timelines You will work alongside: GHL specialists developers designers content teams automation vendors AI workflow specialists Your job is NOT necessarily to build everything personally. Your job IS to ensure: the work gets done correctly launches happen on time systems are tested workflows function properly projects keep moving blockers are removed quickly The Core Objective of This Role This role exists to: remove the founder as the operational bottleneck between specialists. You are helping move projects from: concept → implementation → testing → launch → optimization without requiring constant executive involvement. The Environment We operate a fast-moving multi-brand financial services and marketing ecosystem involving: - retirement education - CRM automation - webinar funnels - AI-assisted systems - lead generation - appointment workflows - automated nurturing systems - WordPress SEO infrastructure This is a: - systems-heavy - execution-heavy - implementation-heavy - environment. We care far more about: - operational momentum - accountability - implementation quality - execution speed than polished corporate theater.
