Marketing & Operations Generalist — Expert Claude User Required

We're a logistics and dangerous goods carrier based in Peru, and we're growing fast. We're looking for a well-rounded marketing professional who is an **expert user of Claude** and can leverage it to support our day-to-day across marketing, operations, and sales. **What you'll do:** - Build and execute marketing initiatives (content, campaigns, social, email) - Support sales with proposals, outreach, and CRM follow-up - Help streamline operational tasks and documentation - Use Claude to work faster and smarter across all of the above **What we're looking for:** - **Expert-level proficiency with Claude — this is essential.** You should know how to write effective prompts, structure complex tasks, and get high-quality output reliably - Strong marketing background with a generalist, get-it-done mindset - Fluent in both Spanish and English (required) — you'll work primarily in Spanish but need strong English for international communication - Organized, proactive, and able to wear multiple hats **The details:** - 10–20 hours per week to start, with a clear path to full-time as we scale - Remote - Ideal for someone looking to grow with the company and build a real career, not just take on a gig If you're an expert with Claude and excited about joining a company on a strong growth curve, we'd love to hear from you.
