Marketing Operations VA - Kit, HubSpot, Kajabi

I run a small online education business and need a hands-on operations specialist to help me run our marketing and CRM systems. You'll work closely with me - I'll provide direction, content, and copy; you'll bring the technical expertise to build and maintain everything cleanly in the tools. What you'll do - Manage and clean up our Kit (formerly ConvertKit) account: segments, automations, sequences, list hygiene - Set up HubSpot from near-scratch, including automated renewal reminder workflows - Fix and improve the Kajabi → Kit integration - Build email sequences and automations from drafts I provide - Document every change so the systems are knowable, not stuck in your head Required skills - Deep Kit (ConvertKit) expertise - segments, automations, sequences, tagging. Non-negotiable. - HubSpot setup experience - workflows, contact properties, lists - Kajabi familiarity preferred - Excellent written async communication - this is remote work; clear writing matters - Self-managing and detail-oriented - you execute briefs cleanly without hand-holding Logistics - 5–10 hours per week to start, flexible schedule - £15–40/hour depending on experience and location - Looking for an ongoing relationship, not a one-off gig How to apply Send a short proposal with: - One paragraph about your most relevant Kit or HubSpot project - brief, build, outcome - Links or sanitised screenshots of past Kit/HubSpot work - Your rate and weekly availability Skip generic cover letters - I'll bin them on sight.
