Marketing Operations Manager (GoHighLevel, CRM & Growth Systems) Royalty Heating & Air Conditioning LLC is a fast-growing residential HVAC company based in New Jersey, USA. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager who is passionate about building systems, improving customer experiences, and helping businesses grow through automation, marketing, and process improvement. This is not a typical Virtual Assistant position. We are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our leadership team and help build the marketing and operational systems that will support our company's long-term growth. About the Role As our Marketing Operations Manager, you will work directly with the owner to manage and improve every stage of our marketing and customer journey. Your primary responsibility will be designing, building, optimizing, and maintaining the systems that generate leads, nurture prospects, convert estimates into sales, and improve operational efficiency. Rather than simply completing assigned tasks, we are looking for someone who constantly asks, "How can we improve this process?" The ideal candidate enjoys creating organized systems, streamlining workflows, and finding opportunities to improve the business through automation and technology. Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Build, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel CRM systems. Create and improve sales funnels and landing pages. Build workflows and automations using GoHighLevel. Create and manage CRM pipelines. Design lead nurturing campaigns using email and SMS. Build appointment booking systems. Create forms, surveys, calendars, and opportunity pipelines. Organize contacts, tags, and customer segmentation. Build dashboards and business reports. Improve customer follow-up processes. Create review request and reputation management automations. Build customer reactivation campaigns. Improve lead response time. Optimize system replacement sales processes. Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for marketing and CRM processes. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and business efficiency. Assist with website updates and landing page optimization. Collaborate with the owner on marketing strategies and new business initiatives. Marketing Responsibilities The successful candidate should be comfortable assisting with digital marketing initiatives, including: Creating landing pages focused on lead generation. Building lead capture systems. Supporting Facebook Lead Ads integrations. Supporting Google Ads landing pages. Managing Google Business Profile updates and review systems. Creating basic graphics in Canva. Writing marketing emails and SMS campaigns. Using AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist with content creation and business processes. While experience managing paid advertising campaigns is a plus, it is not required. We are more interested in your ability to build strong marketing systems and automate customer follow-up. Create documentation and SOPs for repeatable processes. Identify opportunities to improve marketing and operations. As Royalty Heating & Air Conditioning expands, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility, lead projects, help build our marketing department, and eventually manage additional team members.
