Summary

We're FullHouse — an AI marketing platform for small businesses. We launched recently, have 5 paying customers and we're scaling. I'm the solo founder and I'm hiring my first key team member: a Marketing & Operations Specialist who will own client work end-to-end alongside me. This is a hybrid role that combines creative production, marketing execution, and client operations. You'll create the content, run the campaigns, do the outreach, AND manage the client relationships. It's a lot — but the right person thrives on this kind of variety, and we have AI tools that do the heavy lifting so you can focus on judgment, taste, and client relationships. What you'll do every day: Content & Creative (about 40% of your time) Create social media posts — captions, image concepts, short video scripts for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn Design or oversee creative for ads — images, video ads, carousels, story content Build flyers, one-pagers, and marketing collateral for client campaigns Review and approve AI-generated content before it goes live (we have agents that produce drafts; your job is to make them great) Maintain each client's brand voice consistently across every channel Paid Ads & Campaigns (about 20% of your time) Set up and manage Facebook/Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn ad campaigns for clients Monitor performance, A/B test creative, adjust budgets, optimize for conversions Build retargeting audiences, lookalikes, and conversion tracking Report on campaign performance weekly to clients Email Marketing & Cold Outreach (about 20% of your time) Write and send email newsletters for clients using our email automation tools (you approve and refine drafts) Build cold email sequences for clients who want outbound — qualifying lists, writing copy, managing deliverability Cold calling outreach when needed — direct phone outreach for clients who do B2B Manage SMS campaigns and follow-up sequences Configure our AI receptionist for clients — voice setup, call flows, SMS templates Client Operations & Success (about 20% of your time) Onboard new clients — walk them through setup, configure their accounts, connect their platforms Be the day-to-day point of contact for 8–12 client accounts Respond to client questions and feedback in real time during US business hours Run weekly check-ins with key clients to ensure they're getting value Document patterns and create scalable playbooks Who you are: Someone who can write a good Facebook ad, set up a cold email cadence, design a flyer in Canva, run a Google Ads campaign, jump on a cold call, AND manage a client relationship professionally. Most people specialize in one of these. You've done several or all of them, and you're not afraid of any of it. Tools you'll use: Our FullHouse AI marketing platform (we'll train you) Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, CapCut (for creative) Mailchimp, Smartlead, Apollo (for email + outreach) Slack, Google Workspace, Stripe Various AI tools
