Marketing Operations VA for Workflow Mapping

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Virtual Assistant to enhance our workflow mapping, tags, documentation, and team coordination. This is not a basic admin VA role. I need someone who understands GoHighLevel, marketing workflows, tags, funnels, email sequences, lead capture, buyer journeys, and team coordination. My business includes several related brands, products, websites, quizzes, sales pages, digital book delivery workflows, affiliate communications, newsletters, and course-related offers. I need help turning ideas and decisions into clear workflows, documentation, and team assignments. The right person should be able to: Ask the right questions to clarify the workflow Map customer journeys from opt-in to purchase to follow-up Help create and maintain a GHL tag structure Document workflows and SOPs Organize funnel and automation requirements Coordinate with developers, designers, automation specialists, and content support Assign clear action items to the appropriate team member Track what has been completed, what is pending, and what needs approval Help test links, forms, tags, workflows, emails, and customer journeys before launch Responsibilities may include: Workflow Mapping Document what happens when someone opts in, takes a quiz, purchases a product, joins a workshop, becomes an affiliate, or enters a course funnel. GHL Tag Oversight Help organize tags for buyers, leads, affiliates, quiz takers, newsletter subscribers, workshop registrants, course prospects, and product interests. Documentation Create simple SOPs, workflow notes, tag directories, launch checklists, and team task lists. Team Coordination Help assign implementation tasks to the correct team member and follow up until items are completed. Launch Support Review funnels, forms, emails, workflows, tags, and customer journeys before pages go live. Preferred experience: GoHighLevel workflows and tags Funnel and email automation support Marketing operations SOP/documentation creation Project coordination Digital product launches CRM organization Strong communication skills Ability to explain technical steps clearly to a non-technical business owner Important: Before moving into a larger role, I would like to begin with a small paid testing benchmark through Upwork. This is not a request for free work. I want to evaluate your thinking, documentation style, and ability to organize workflows before hiring for ongoing work. Paid Benchmark Example: I will provide one customer journey, such as a digital book buyer or quiz taker journey.
