I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join my Zoom interviews and help ensure everything runs smoothly so I can focus on the conversation. Responsibilities: -Prepare Zoom before each session (testing, setup, and recording) -Join webinar, monitor chat/Q&A, jump in if needed -Keep the session running smoothly Strong communication and organization skills Marketing or event coordination experience is a plus I'm based in Los Angeles, so local candidates are preferred, as there's potential for this role to grow over time.
