Marketing Ops VA - GoHighLevel & Funnel Builder Setup

We run a portfolio of digital marketing / affiliate lead gen brands and are launching new websites regularly. We need a detail-oriented virtual assistant to drive Claude Code (Anthropic's AI coding tool) to build and edit our landing pages, alongside handling recurring setup work in two platforms: GoHighLevel (CRM/workflow automation) and Funnel Flux (tracking funnel builder), plus tracking QA across our pages. This is a documented, repeatable process. We provide step-by-step SOPs (runbooks) and an existing project for Claude Code to work from. You don't need to invent anything — you need to follow instructions precisely, catch your own mistakes, and flag anything that doesn't match the SOP instead of guessing. WHAT YOU'LL DO Use Claude Code to build new landing pages and site content within our existing project, following our established templates and conventions. Build tracking funnels in Funnel Flux for each new landing page, using its drag-and-drop node builder to connect offers, conditions, and redirect nodes per our template. Duplicate and configure GoHighLevel automation workflows per brand, updating tags, UTM field mapping, and webhook values per our spec. Spot-check that tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Ads/GA4, TrustedForm, and similar) are firing correctly on new pages, using browser dev tools or a pixel-helper extension, and flag anything misfiring. Run test leads through new setups and verify they flow correctly end-to-end, from form submission through the CRM to lead delivery, reporting back what you find. Occasional adjacent tasks: spreadsheet updates and following new SOPs as the process evolves. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Prior hands-on experience with Claude Code, or a comparable AI coding CLI tool like Cursor, is required. You should already be comfortable directing an AI coding assistant to make changes to an existing codebase, not learning this for the first time on the job. Comfortable learning new SaaS tools quickly from written instructions and screenshots. Very detail-oriented. This work involves settings that are easy to get wrong and costly to get wrong, like a lead-routing toggle that shouldn't be touched. A reliable communicator who tells us when something's unclear rather than guessing. Nice to have, not required: experience with GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Funnel Flux, or similar CRM/funnel tools; familiarity with tracking pixels and how to verify they're firing; background in affiliate marketing or lead gen ops. HOURS & PAY Part-time, starting at just a few hours a week and scaling up to around 10 hours a week during our busiest weeks when we're launching new brands. Ongoing, not a one-time project. Pay is $10–15/hr depending on experience.
