Marketing Partner (Social Media + SEO) for Established Civil Engineering Firm

We're not looking for a social media manager. We're looking for a marketing partner. We are a 30-year-old civil engineering and land surveying firm serving the Inland Northwest. We're looking for someone to own our digital presence with minimal oversight. Our goal is simple: we want to spend less time managing marketing without compromising how we show up online. If you enjoy learning technical industries, telling great stories, improving SEO, and making thoughtful recommendations, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Own: LinkedIn, Facebook, and potentially Instagram Monthly content planning and creation, 6 month rolling content calendar Professional copywriting and storytelling Graphics and short-form video Google Business Profile Ongoing SEO and local search improvements Blog and website content recommendations as needed Monthly reporting and strategic recommendations Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads when appropriate We aren't looking for someone who simply schedules posts. We want someone who identifies opportunities, brings ideas, and continuously improves our marketing. You're a Great Fit If You... Have experience marketing professional service or B2B companies Understand both social media and SEO Write exceptionally well Work independently and communicate proactively Enjoy turning technical work into engaging content Experience in engineering, architecture, construction, surveying, commercial real estate, or other technical industries is a major plus.
