Job Description: Social Media Manager The Business We are a premium, mission-driven baby brand focused on high-quality, organic, and "origin-certified" products. We are currently expanding our digital footprint and looking for a creative, detail-oriented partner to help launch our social presence and build a cohesive community around our natural, health-driven mission. The Role We need a Social Media Manager who can take full ownership of our social channels. This isn't just about posting pictures; it’s about working with the founder to create an aggressive launch plan and managing the daily meticulous tasks of content organization, outreach, and trend analysis to drive high-level brand growth. Key Responsibilities Content Coordination: Managing the social media calendar, ensuring all posts (Reels, Stories, Feed) are scheduled and aligned with our product launch cycles. Ensuring all content production is on time and meets our scheduled calendar. Influencer & Talent Sourcing: Using platforms like Upwork or Instagram to find niche-specific creators for specialized roles (e.g., UGC creators), vetting their engagement, and briefing the founder on the best options. Wholesale & Partner Outreach: Proactively contacting brands for potential collaborations or wholesale opportunities and tracking all correspondence. Engagement & Community: Handling day-to-day interactions, answering meticulous product questions (e.g., about our organic materials), and monitoring brand mentions. PPC campaign management: Experience and proven results with PPC campaigns. Reporting & Strategy: Analyzing weekly performance and presenting the "best path forward" for the following week based on what’s actually working. Ideal Candidate A Strategic Filter: You don't just dump data; you present solutions. You can move through mountains of information to find a clear, concise solution. You understand product launches require excellence and are willing to think BIG and execute with passion. Brand-Voice Native: You can write in a way that feels premium, nurturing, and expert—matching our brand aesthetic. System-Oriented: You love a good spreadsheet, a clean Notion board, and a perfectly organized content library. You know organization is key to staying on track. Results-driven: You can work backwards from a huge goal to create a science behind how we can achieve it. Preference will be given to anyone with a marketing background, although social media experience and past achievements are priority.
