About Us & The Vibe: We are Colorado Home Services (CHS), a premium, veteran-owned home performance company rooted in Lakewood, Colorado. We specialize in electrical, plumbing, insulation, and whole-house ventilation. An example of our in-home brochure content is attached. Website is https://www.cohomeservice.com We are looking for a slick, persuasive marketing automation expert to build a foundational library of Email and SMS drip campaigns inside our ServiceTitan CRM. We are open to global talent, but there is a strict catch: your copy must bleed local Colorado authenticity. The Role (More Than Just A Copywriter): We don't just need a writer; we need a true ServiceTitan Builder. The platform is very user-friendly and drag-and-drop, so getting up to speed is easy. However, you must deeply understand how to execute a full marketing strategy within a CRM—from building the audience logic (e.g., filtering by line items and job status) to creating the templates and injecting dynamic fields. You will build and stage everything in ServiceTitan, but our internal team will do the final proofread and actually hit "send/activate." Specific Project Deliverables: We expect a complete, organized build-out of the following assets: 5 Product-Specific Sales Nurturing Campaigns: Drip sequences (Email + SMS) tailored to specific quoted products/families (e.g., Whole House Fans, Insulation). 3 Tailored Post-Install Follow-Up Campaigns: Post-service drip sequences (Email + SMS) specifically tailored to the type of service we just provided. 1 General Company Drip Campaign: A comprehensive engagement sequence highlighting our company and various services. All past customers will be placed on this, and every new customer will be added once their service is complete. 5 Unique Event-Based Email Campaigns: One-off seasonal/promotional blasts (e.g., Labor Day, Start of Football Season, etc.). Tailored Imagery: We will provide a library of our logos and photos. You are expected to create custom headers and graphics that seamlessly integrate our branding. ServiceTitan Template Library: All templates must be built directly into ServiceTitan and saved using clear, highly organized naming conventions (nomenclature). Master Strategy Outline: A single Word document outlining all built campaigns, detailing the intent, target audiences, and trigger logic for each. Our Core Messaging Pillars (The Angles): David vs. Goliath: Subtly remind customers they are supporting a local, veteran-owned business, not a faceless Private Equity-backed conglomerate. Quality Over Cheap Subs: Combat online direct-to-consumer manufacturers who ship a product and send a random, cut-rate subcontractor to install it. Hyper-Local Personalization: Heavy use of dynamic fields (e.g., referencing the customer's specific town name and the incoming July heat). Loyalty & Referrals: Integrate our Home Advantage Program ($14.99/mo) and our $150 cash-back referral program into the messaging. Project Milestones: Monday Kick-Off (15-min Call): Review the brief, get ST access, and align on brand voice. Strategy Outline: Submit your Word doc outlining the target audiences and campaign flows. Drafting & Build: Create the copy, design the imagery, and build the templates/audiences in ServiceTitan. Friday Hand-Off: A complete walkthrough of the staged automations and organized library. Note: If you crush this build, this will evolve into a long-term role managing our ongoing marketing, strategy, and seasonal blasts.
