We are seeking a reliable, creative, and tech-savvy Marketing & Systems Coordinator to become a long-term member of our team. Immediate Priorities Your first assignments will include: 1. Building DivineEvolutionLLC.com 2. Building ConnectWithCarletha.com 3. Organizing and optimizing our GoHighLevel account 4. Connecting domains through GoDaddy 5. Creating workflows, funnels, and automations 6. Assisting with marketing systems for real estate and nonprofit initiatives Required Skills - Proven GoHighLevel experience - Website and landing page design - Funnel creation - Workflow automations - GoDaddy domain management - CRM management - Canva and graphic design - Email marketing - Social media scheduling - Excellent English communication Bonus Skills - Real estate marketing experience - Nonprofit experience - Salesforce familiarity - AI tools and automation - SEO knowledge Who We Are Looking For We are not looking for someone who simply waits for instructions.
