Summary

1. Automation & CRM Architecture Workflow Design: Build and maintain complex automations in GoHighLevel and Zapier to sync data between Skool, Airtable, and the CRM. Pipeline Management: Design and update sales pipelines to track member progress, upsell statuses and deal flows for external partners. Database Integrity: Conduct weekly scans to merge duplicate contacts and resolve DND status issues to ensure maximum deliverability. Lead Notification Systems: Configure real-time Slack and email notifications for the team upon new form submissions or partner meeting bookings. 2. Funnel Infrastructure Funnel Management: Build, update, and troubleshoot registration pages and replay funnels for weekly live webinars and monthly events. Zoom Logistics: Manage Zoom webinar settings, including registration links, attendee lists, and troubleshooting access issues like unexpected passcode requirements. Communication Deployment: Execute large-scale SMS and email blasts for nurturing leads, events, webinar or deal campaigns. Analytics: Scrape and analyze raw data from Zoom and GHL to provide show rates, conversion percentages, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) metrics. 3. Partner & Platform Integration Calendar Management: Integrate and troubleshoot scheduling links for partners (e.g., REI Energy, Eddie, Anderson Business Advisors) and manage double-booking or timezone errors. Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the "firefighter" for platform-wide issues involving Vimeo video hosting, TCN Chatbot functionality, and Skool classroom access. 4. Skool Updates
