Marketing Technologist (FinTech & Real Estate) We are a fast-paced real estate sales team looking for a tech-savvy Marketing Technologist to manage, and optimize our marketing and sales technology stack. In this role, your primary focus will be the architecture, setup, and maintenance of our marketing systems—specifically WordPress and our CRM ecosystem, with a heavy emphasis on HighLevel (aka GoHighLevel). This is a dynamic role where you will wear multiple hats to support our operations. You will handle everything from executing front-end WordPress design updates and launching high-converting email drip campaigns, to mapping custom data objects inside our CRM (such as linking specific real estate listings to prospective client profiles) to optimize our sales team's communication. While you don't need to be a software engineer, you must possess enough technical literacy to act as the bridge between our business goals and external developers for advanced integration projects. Primary Responsibilities: Systems Management & Optimization: Serve as the primary admin and architect of our marketing tools and CRM platforms (specifically HighLevel), ensuring clean data hygiene, webhook functionality, and optimized sales workflows. CRM Customization & Architecture: Build custom data objects, custom fields, and custom values to track real estate properties, listing matches, and pipeline stages, directly improving agent-to-client communication. Web & Design Updates: Own our WordPress website, handling routine landing page creation, form embeds, copy/design updates, and lead-capture optimization. Advanced Automation: Design, build, and deploy automated multi-channel drip campaigns (Email, SMS, ringless voicemail) for lead nurturing, client onboarding, and property alerts. Technical Liaison: Translate marketing and sales needs into technical requirements; collaborate with and oversee external developers on API connections, custom widgets, and frontend integration projects. Team Support: Act as the go-to problem solver for the sales team when tech issues arise, maintaining an agile, "wear-multiple-hats" attitude to keep operations running smoothly. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills: Expert CRM Administration: Advanced experience configuring and managing HighLevel (GoHighLevel) is highly preferred. Deep familiarity with other robust CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, KvCore, or Intercom is also highly valued. You must know how to build custom objects, map complex workflows, and manage sub-accounts/pipelines. WordPress Proficiency: Strong experience managing WordPress websites, including page builders (Elementor, Divi, etc.), theme customization, form/plugin integrations, and tracking pixels. Marketing Automation: Proven track record of building automated nurturing sequences, trigger-based workflows, and database segmentation. Integration Literacy: A foundational understanding of how APIs, Zapier, webhooks, and frontend widgets connect. Ability to speak the language of developers (HTML/CSS/JS concepts) without necessarily writing heavy code yourself.
