Marketing & Virtual Assistant for Chauffeur Service

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Marketing & Virtual Assistant to help promote and manage ALAR Chauffeur Services, a professional chauffeur transportation business. This is an ongoing role for someone who can handle marketing setup, daily promotion, and customer communication. Responsibilities Set up and optimize Google Business Profile Manage Instagram & Facebook business pages Create and post content (2–3 posts per week) Respond to customer inquiries (calls, texts, WhatsApp, Google messages) Outreach to hotels, event planners, and corporate offices Maintain a simple lead tracking sheet Provide weekly progress updates Requirements Experience with local service businesses (chauffeur, limo, transportation, or similar preferred) Strong English communication skills Experience with Google Business Profile (GMB) optimization Social media posting & basic content creation Organized, responsive, and professional Ability to work independently Experience with chauffeur or limo companies a must Local SEO knowledge Lead generation or outreach experience Work Type: Ongoing / Long-term Part-time (5–10 hours per week to start) To Apply, Please Include: Brief introduction Similar businesses you’ve worked with What you can accomplish in the first 30 days Your availability (hours per week)
