He has exhibited in Miami, Key West, London, and Dubai, and his work is represented by galleries on four continents. He is currently releasing his "Legacy Collection" — a curated selection of limited edition signed and numbered prints ($3,000–$5,000) and one-off original works, positioned as investment-grade acquisitions for high-net-worth collectors, wealth managers, and serious art investors. Your Role You will be the operational engine behind this campaign. The strategy, the narrative, the content calendar, and all creative assets will be provided to you. Your job is to execute with precision, professionalism, and consistency — so the artist can focus on his work while the campaign runs. You will not be making sales calls or closing deals. You will be generating leads, managing outreach, and creating the conditions for high-ticket sales conversations. Key Responsibilities Email Marketing. Manage a 3,000-person collector email list via Mailchimp. Format, schedule, and send 1–2 campaigns per month based on provided copy and images. Monitor open rates and click-through rates and report results monthly. LinkedIn Outreach. Optimize the artist's LinkedIn profile using provided copy. Send 15–20 targeted, personalized connection requests per day to Wealth Managers, Financial Advisors, Art Consultants, and HNW business owners, using a provided outreach script. Follow up with accepted connections with a soft-pitch message and the artist's Investment Prospectus PDF. Social Media Management. Post 2–3 times per week to Facebook (2,600 followers) and Instagram (4,000 followers) using provided photos, videos, and storytelling captions. Engage with comments and DMs professionally. Gallery & PR Outreach. Email the artist's existing gallery partners (Miami, Key West, London, Dubai) with collection updates. Distribute a pre-written press release to a targeted list of art publications, lifestyle magazines, and local media. Lead Tracking. Maintain a simple Google Sheet CRM to log all inquiries, collector leads, gallery contacts, and wealth manager connections — noting their status, interests, and follow-up dates. Who We Are Looking For Excellent written English is non-negotiable. You will be communicating on behalf of a legendary artist with gallery owners, wealth managers, and high-net-worth individuals. Every word you write reflects his reputation. Your tone must be polished, warm, and sophisticated — never salesy or generic. Experience with luxury, art, or high-end markets is a significant advantage. If you have worked in fine art marketing, luxury real estate, high-end consulting, private banking, or a similar premium field, please highlight this prominently in your application. Tech-savvy and self-directed. You should be comfortable with Mailchimp (or Klaviyo), LinkedIn, basic Canva for formatting documents, and Google Workspace. We will provide the strategy and assets; we need someone who can execute without daily hand-holding. Discretion and professionalism. This is a high-profile client.
