Marketing & Content Assistant (Shopify, Canva & Social Media) (Approximately 10 hours per week) About Us We are a growing home fragrance and lifestyle brand looking for a dependable Marketing & Content Assistant to help us consistently market our products and increase online sales. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys social media, content creation, and e-commerce support. We already have the ideas—we need someone who can help execute them consistently. Responsibilities Social Media (Primary Focus) * Create Canva graphics using our branding * Schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok * Repurpose existing content into multiple posts * Edit short videos and Reels using CapCut * Schedule Stories and maintain a content calendar * Monitor comments and notify us of customer questions Email Marketing * Format and draft weekly newsletters * Schedule email campaigns * Update subscriber lists * Test links and formatting before emails are sent Shopify Support * Upload products * Update inventory * Edit product descriptions and promotional content * Organize collections * Process basic customer inquiries Research * Research influencers and creators * Research trending hashtags and seasonal content ideas * Find opportunities for product features and collaborations Requirements * Experience with Canva * Experience editing short-form videos in CapCut * Familiar with Shopify * Excellent written English * Organized and detail-oriented * Able to follow SOPs and deadlines * Reliable internet connection Nice to Have * Pinterest experience * Mailchimp or Klaviyo experience * Basic product photography editing * E-commerce experience Hours * Approximately 10 hours per week * Flexible schedule * Long-term opportunity for the right person To Apply Please answer the following: 1.
