Marketing assistant

We’re a B2B marketing agency looking for a reliable marketing assistant to help with event and campaign execution. Most content already exists - this role is about updating details, following templates, and sending campaigns accurately. Typical tasks * Clone and update emails in Mailchimp, test and send * Use existing email copy to draft social posts via Buffer * Update sponsorship trackers in Google Sheets * Send sponsor manuals and follow-up emails using Gmail Tools * Google Sheets * Mailchimp * Gmail * Buffer Asks will be made on an adhoc basis between now and May 2026 when the event is held. We do need someone who is responsive and can action within 24 hours typically.
