# Freelance Marketing Associate – TutorHive (Remote) TutorHive is a fast-growing online tutoring platform providing personalized 1:1 classes for students from Classes 5–12 across India. We are looking for a proactive Freelance Marketing Associate to help us generate high-quality student enquiries and scale our brand. ### Responsibilities * Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns. * Generate qualified leads for online tuition. * Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (if experienced). * Identify new customer acquisition channels and marketing opportunities. * Suggest and implement growth strategies to improve lead quality and conversions. * Coordinate with the founder on campaign performance and weekly improvements. * Analyze marketing data and recommend actionable changes. * Assist with content ideas for social media, blogs, and promotional campaigns. ### Requirements * Experience in digital marketing and lead generation. * Understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or content marketing. * Strong analytical and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and take ownership. * Experience in the education or EdTech industry is a plus. ### What We're Looking For We value results over years of experience.
