Marketing help for a growing multifamily portfolio — Google Ads, ILS audit, and Yardi CRM Oversight
Worldwide
We're a property management company overseeing a portfolio of residential multifamily apartment communities, and we're looking for a digital marketing specialist to set up and launch paid advertising for several of our properties. What you'll do: Google Ads. Build, launch, and manage campaigns at the property and portfolio level. Search first, and we're open to Performance Max, display retargeting, and local campaigns if you can make the case. You'll own budget pacing, negative keywords, geo-targeting, ad copy, and landing page recommendations. ILS audit. Review our listings on Apartments.com, Zillow Rentals, Rent., and the other ILS platforms we're on, and monitor which ones are earning their keep. That means pulling lead volume and cost per lease by source, checking that our listings, photos, pricing, and amenity data are accurate and complete, and recommending where to cut, renegotiate, or reallocate. CRM oversight (Yardi). We use Yardi (Voyager / RentCafe CRM). We need to monitor follow-up sequences are set up and firing. Reporting. A simple recurring report that tells us cost per lead and cost per lease by source and property. We don't need a 40-tab dashboard — we need numbers we trust and a short read on what they mean. Building new property websites or landing pages. We're open to AI-assisted builds (Claude, etc.) as long as the result is fast, mobile-first, and converts. Tell us how you'd approach it. Meta/Instagram campaigns, reputation and review management, email nurture, SEO and Google Business Profile optimization. What we're looking for: Real experience running Google Ads with your own hands, not just overseeing someone else. Please share account sizes and results. Familiarity with multifamily, property management, or another local lead-gen business where cost per lease is the number that matters. Working knowledge of Yardi or a comparable property management CRM To apply, please tell us: Which ILS platforms have you worked with, and what's your general read on which ones perform? Examples of apartment or real estate campaigns you've run, with results if available Whether you'd prefer per-property or hourly based pricing, and your rate structure This will start with a few properties and expand across the portfolio if it goes well.
