Marketing a home for sale in Canada

Summary

I have a house for sale in Newfoundland. There are no realtors in the area who do any sort of marketing. I need a specialist who can advertise my house for sale outside of my own town, and defer leads to my realtor. Due to Canadian laws restricting international buyers, it is best to focus the advertising to Canadian buyers. I am open to any and all options to get this house sold this year. More info will be provided to eligible candidates. The property already has its own website. SEO opitimization is already very good.
