If you understand how to build real engagement without paid ads and know what makes content stop the scroll, we want to hear from you. What you'll be doing Creating and posting organic content on Instagram that fits our brand voice and drives genuine engagement. Writing and designing compelling Instagram Stories that connect with our audience and encourage interaction. Producing and publishing TikTok content tailored to the platform. topics and formats are discussed and agreed upon together. Performing competitor research and keeping an eye on trends, so our content stays relevant and ahead of the curve. Coming up with content ideas proactively and contributing to a shared content calendar. What we're looking for Proven experience growing Instagram and TikTok accounts organically. A strong creative eye for both visuals and copy. Understanding of platform algorithms and what drives organic reach. Someone who takes initiative and brings ideas to the table rather than waiting to be told what to post. Good communication skills, since content direction will be determined collaboratively. Nice to have Experience with competitor analysis and content benchmarking. Basic video editing skills for TikTok/Reels content.
