Marketplace MVP — Next.js/TypeScript/Prisma + PayFast escrow

South African company seeking a development agency or senior team to build a fully specified marketplace MVP: Next.js 14+ (App Router, TypeScript), Prisma/PostgreSQL, PayFast integration with ITN webhook and a tested escrow state machine, admin moderation, and messaging with content screening. The product is fully designed — solution design, wireframes, data model conventions, and sequenced build documentation are ready at kickoff; we need building, not scoping. Fixed tech stack (see RFP §3 — alternative-stack proposals not considered). 10–12 weeks, phase-gated milestones with sign-off per phase. Respond per RFP §10; proposals that don't address the escrow and PayFast ITN approach specifically (§10.4) won't be shortlisted.
