Marketplace Onboarding Specialist (Data Sourcing & Entry)

Type: Contract via Upwork · 40+ hours/week · Ongoing if performance is strong Equipment: Own laptop, compliant with our tech-safety policy Requirements: Signed data-handling and systems-access agreement before starting The role We're building a new marketplace for NDIS providers and need a detail-oriented operator to populate the supply side at volume. You'll identify the right providers from designated Facebook groups, capture their information accurately, and onboard them through our internal process. Lead data for providers outside our current service areas will be captured separately for later activation. Responsibilities Source qualified NDIS providers from specified Facebook groups against our criteria Accurately capture provider information and enter it via our internal onboarding process Capture out-of-area provider leads into our CRM for future use Follow and track our administrative process precisely, logging who was added and when Check every provider against existing records to prevent duplicate accounts — flag your daily list for confirmation before onboarding Notify each onboarded provider (via SMS or email) that an account has been created, including a clear opt-out option Non-negotiables Data privacy is paramount. All provider data is handled strictly per our policies and the signed agreement. Consistency, accuracy, and clean record-keeping matter more than speed. No duplicate entries.
