Marketplace Operations Systems Manager (Part-Time) Then start the job post with: We are launching a multi-vendor marketplace built on WordPress + Dokan and are seeking an experienced Operations Systems Manager to review, organize, and improve our marketplace operations. This role is responsible for ensuring vendor onboarding, marketplace workflows, documentation, reporting, automation opportunities, quality assurance, and operational processes are properly established as we prepare for launch. Then list concrete responsibilities: Responsibilities Review marketplace workflows and identify gaps Create and improve SOPs Build operational checklists Coordinate with developer on operational requirements Design vendor onboarding processes Design customer support workflows Create KPI dashboards and reporting systems Recommend automation opportunities Conduct weekly operations reviews Provide written recommendations and action items Weekly Deliverables Weekly review report Bottleneck analysis Priority recommendations Updated SOPs (as needed) KPI review Hours Approximately 1–5 hours per week Long-term advisory relationship preferred
