Maryland Zoning Law Research Needed for Appeal

We are seeking a para legal research expert to conduct an in-depth review of Maryland zoning laws in relation to an upcoming appeal. The project involves examining agency actions and answering specific legal questions. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of zoning regulations, the ability to deliver clear findings of law related to a specific zoning law in Md. Must have access to Access to Westlaw, Lexis, Fastcase, or similar legal research database (please confirm in your proposal) This is a fixed-price project with a budget of $75 to $150.
