3D Massing & Construction-Protection Renderings — (SketchUp/Revit/Rhino) — Fast Turnaround

We are a Brooklyn-based NYC building consulting firm. We need a set of schematic 3D renderings of a 4-story residential building project and its temporary construction protections, for presentation to an adjacent property owner. Reference examples of the exact style required provided— clean 3D massing models with scaffolding and protection elements in contrasting colors, neutral gray context buildings, labeled callouts, and a title block. This is technical illustration, not marketing visualization. No photorealism. No AI image generation — all geometry must be modeled to the dimensions in the drawings we provide. attachments provided: Site Safety Plan (SSP) drawing set, 12 sheets — governs all scaffold/protection geometry and neighbor building heights DOB architectural filing set — governs the proposed building massing, rear extension, heights, and floor areas Aerial and street-view photographs of the block for context Two sample exhibit PDFs showing the required output style Title block content and required disclaimer text Deliverable 1 — Completed Building (3 sheets): R-01: Rear aerial oblique from over the adjacent neighbor's rear yard, showing the proposed 4-story building (43'-3" roof, 52'-3" bulkhead) in accurate relationship to the two adjacent buildings (~30' and ~40') and the neighbor's rear yard R-02: High aerial of the block segment (5 buildings) with the completed project in place R-03: Rear elevation-style 3D view with both adjacent buildings flanking One sheet must display the total construction floor area figure (we supply the number) Deliverable 2 — Construction Condition with Protections (3 sheets): Same model, adding all temporary protections per the SSP, each with a leader label using the exact terminology from the drawings: Roof protection zones on both adjacent buildings (dimensions per SSP) Overhead protection at rear Full-height pipe scaffold with debris netting at both lot lines Sidewalk shed at street frontage Skylight protection and suspended scaffold locations R-04: Rear aerial showing protections landing on the adjacent building's roof and outdoor spaces R-05: Aerial from the adjacent building's side R-06: Street-front view with sidewalk shed Sheet standards: Landscape PDF, one view per sheet, our title block and disclaimer on every sheet, sheets numbered R-01 through R-06. Also deliver the native model file (SketchUp preferred; Revit/Rhino acceptable) and high-res PNG exports (300 dpi) of each view. Accuracy requirement: Every building height, protection dimension, and lot-line position must match the provided drawings. We will QC against the drawing set; dimensional errors are revision items, not change orders. If you find a conflict between the two drawing sets, flag it to us — do not resolve it yourself. Revisions: Two rounds included — one at draft, one at final. Timeline: Draft PDFs within 48 hours of award; final within 24 hours of our draft comments. Confirm availability before bidding. Confidentiality: Project documents are confidential and provided solely for this engagement. No portfolio use, no sharing, no posting of the address or drawings without written permission. Acceptance of the contract constitutes agreement to these terms.
