We are a professional training company delivering QHSE, technical, soft skills, rigging and lifting, and well control courses across multiple industries. We are looking for an experienced instructional designer and PowerPoint developer to create high-quality, ready-to-deliver training course materials on a per-course basis. This is an ongoing opportunity for the right candidate, with consistent work available across a broad library of course topics. What We Need For each course, you will develop a complete material package that includes: PowerPoint Presentation: 70 to 90 slides per training day, professionally designed, visually consistent, and content-rich Theoretical Assessment: A knowledge-based assessment aligned with the course content Practical Assessment: A hands-on or scenario-based assessment reflecting real workplace application Student Handbook: A concise, well-structured reference booklet summarizing key course content, definitions, standards, and takeaways Course Categories Materials will cover topics across five main areas: QHSE: Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment courses including process safety, risk assessment, incident investigation, environmental management, and related international standards Technical: Engineering, operations, maintenance, and industry-specific technical courses Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, time management, and professional development Rigging and Lifting: Lifting operations, rigging equipment inspection, slinging techniques, load calculations, crane operations, lift planning, and compliance with standards such as ASME B30, LEEA, and LOLER where applicable Well Control: Well control principles, kick detection and response, barrier management, BOP operation, well kill methods, and compliance with IWCF and IADC well control standards Project Scope and Pricing Pricing is structured per course based on the number of training days: Course DurationBudget per Course 1 Day$75 - 2 Days$120 - 3 Days $175 - 4 Days $225 - 5 Days $270 Each "day" of content requires a full slide deck (70 to 90 slides), assessments, and a proportional section of the student handbook. Multi-day courses include all components for each day.
