Mechanical BIM Modeler / Revit MEP Modeler Needed for HVAC 3D Modeling & Shop Drawings

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical BIM Modeler / Revit MEP Modeler to support a mechanical BIM scope for a commercial/multifamily project. Scope includes: Mechanical 3D modeling in Revit 2024 HVAC ductwork, mechanical equipment, VRF/refrigerant piping, and condensate piping BIM coordination and clash updates Mechanical shop drawings 2D CAD deliverables as needed NWC exports for coordination The model will be developed to LOD 350 for coordination and field installation support. Please include examples of similar Revit MEP / mechanical BIM projects you have completed. Also, please provide a fixed price for this scope and your estimated turnaround time.
