Mechanical CAD Designer Needed – Flexible Silicone Consumer Product

I am seeking an experienced mechanical CAD engineer or product designer to create a professional 3D CAD model for a new consumer product. The product is a single molded flexible silicone component designed for outdoor use. The concept, functionality, dimensions, and design requirements have already been developed. I am looking for someone to translate my design package into a clean, manufacturing-ready CAD model suitable for prototyping and future production. Scope of Work Create a fully parametric 3D CAD model Design for molded silicone or similar elastomer material Incorporate sealing features, reinforcement details, and internal retention geometry Ensure the design is suitable for prototype fabrication and future mold development Deliverables Native SolidWorks file (.SLDPRT preferred) or Fusion 360 equivalent STEP (.STEP) STL (.STL) Dimensioned 2D engineering drawings (PDF) Please apply only if you have experience designing: Silicone, rubber, TPU, or other elastomer products Injection-molded or compression-molded consumer products Mechanical components intended for manufacturing When submitting your proposal, please include: Examples of similar products you've designed (portfolio or images) Your preferred CAD software Estimated fixed-price quote Estimated turnaround time Any questions you would need answered before beginning Detailed drawings, specifications, and dimensions will be shared privately with the selected freelancer.
