I'm looking for an experienced mechanical CAD designer to help develop a modular wearable product intended for FDM 3D printing. The project includes: Ergonomic wearable frame Mechanical connector system Adjustable mounting mechanism Interchangeable external components Design optimized for strength, manufacturability and repeated assembly Requirements: Strong experience with Fusion 360 or SolidWorks Experience designing functional mechanical parts and assemblies Knowledge of tolerances, pivots, snap fits and 3D printing Ability to provide STEP, STL and native CAD files Due to the confidential nature of the project, complete design details will be shared only after signing an NDA..
