I am developing a new hybrid fixed-installation LED display cabinet and need an experienced mechanical design engineer to convert my concept into a professional manufacturing-ready design. Project Scope Design a hybrid LED cabinet supporting both: 320x160mm plastic-frame LED modules 250x250mm frameless LED modules Full front maintenance Slim fixed-installation die-cast cabinet Hidden locking mechanism Sliding/adjustable internal structure Manufacturing-ready CAD and drawings Deliverables 3D CAD model (SolidWorks preferred) Assembly drawings Exploded views Manufacturing drawings BOM (Bill of Materials) Design review and optimization suggestions Required Experience LED display cabinet design Die-cast aluminum products Mechanical locking systems Sheet metal and tooling knowledge Design for manufacturing (DFM) I am looking for someone who can think like an R&D engineer, not just create drawings.
