## Mechanical CAD Designer for Functional Magnetic Sensor Mount Prototype I’m looking for a mechanical CAD designer or product prototyper to design and help build a simple functional mount for an existing off-the-shelf BLE motion sensor. The mount will attach the removable sensor to common gym equipment. This is an early functional prototype, so mechanical performance and ease of iteration matter much more than appearance. The main design challenge is creating a simple way to adjust the effective magnetic holding force across equipment with different coating thicknesses and magnetic properties. One possible solution is controlling the distance between the magnet and the equipment surface through an indexed, threaded, cam-based or interchangeable-spacer mechanism. I’m open to better approaches. I can provide more detailed functional specification after selection. Please include: 1. Examples of similar functional mounts, enclosures or small mechanical mechanisms 2. Your proposed approach to adjusting magnetic force 3. Whether you can print and assemble the prototype 4.
