Design of a MVP reached model to the production stage

We are looking for an experienced professional or team who can help us with the complete design, R&D, manufacturing, and production setup of our machine. We need someone who not only understands machine design technically, but can also provide proper hand-holding and guidance throughout the production journey. Our goal is to work with people who have strong real-world experience in industrial machine design, product development, fabrication, production optimization, and scalable manufacturing processes. What we are looking for: • Expertise in machine design and mechanical engineering • Experience in prototype development and production-ready manufacturing • Knowledge of fabrication, automation systems, component selection, and industrial production workflows • Ability to improve existing concepts and make them commercially scalable • Strong problem-solving mindset and practical execution experience • Long-term involvement and commitment toward product development We are open to building a long-term relationship and are even willing to invite the right person to join our team as a strategic partner if there is strong alignment in vision and execution capability.
