MEP plans for CRS Barndominium

I am acting as the General Contractor for a new custom residential home to be constructed in Ellis County, Texas (Waxahachie area). The architectural plans have already been completed, and I am looking for an experienced MEP designer/engineer to develop permit-ready Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing drawings that coordinate with the existing architectural plans. Project Details Single-story custom home Approx. 1,800 SF conditioned living space Approx. 1,080 SF attached garage/shop Total roofed area approximately 3,080 SF Cold-formed steel (CFS) framed home Located in Ellis County, Texas Scope of Work Please provide complete MEP plans suitable for permit submission, including: Mechanical HVAC layout Supply and return duct design Equipment sizing/calculations Exhaust fans Ventilation Equipment schedule Electrical Lighting layout Power and receptacle plan Dedicated appliance circuits Panel schedule Load calculations Smoke/CO detectors Exterior lighting Garage/shop electrical layout Plumbing Water supply layout Drain, waste, and vent (DWV) layout Water heater location Fixture schedule Plumbing riser/isometric if required Exterior hose bibs Cleanouts Deliverables PDF permit drawings Editable CAD or Revit files Any calculations required for permit Coordination with the architectural plans Requirements Experience designing residential MEP systems in the United States Experience with Texas residential building codes preferred Ability to coordinate with architectural drawings and respond to reasonable revisions Please provide examples of similar residential MEP projects. I will provide the architectural plans and site survey upon award of the project.
