HDPE Pipeline Thermal Expansion Calculation & Stress Analysis I am looking for an experienced piping stress engineer to perform a thermal expansion analysis for an HDPE pipeline. Scope: Calculate thermal expansion (ΔL) for the pipeline. Verify whether the existing route offsets are sufficient to accommodate the expansion. Consider the support locations in the analysis. Recommend revised offset dimensions if required. Perform the analysis using CAESAR II (preferred) or another recognized pipe stress analysis software. I will provide: Pipeline routing drawings Pipe sizes/material (HDPE) Design temperatures Deliverables: Thermal expansion calculations Stress analysis report Validation of the existing offsets Recommendations (if any) to modify the route or offsets Please apply only if you have previous experience with HDPE piping and thermal expansion/stress analysis.
