Summary

We're a consumer health/wellness product company looking for an experienced mechanical or product engineer to design and produce a 3D printed mold for rapid prototyping of a small physical product. Scope: Take our concept/reference dimensions and produce a functional 3D printed mold Iterate quickly through 1–2 design revisions based on our feedback Deliver print-ready CAD files (STEP/STL) plus the physical printed mold Advise on material choice, tolerances, and draft angles suitable for prototyping What we're looking for: Proven experience with CAD (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar) and mold design Access to your own 3D printer (resin or FDM, depending on detail needs) Fast turnaround and clear communication Bonus: experience with small-batch or soft-good/silicone product prototyping
