We are seeking experienced Mechanical Engineers/Design Engineers to develop realistic T3-level engineering design-change cases for AI training. Each case should include an initial CAD design, analysis identifying a limitation or failure, a revised CAD design, and analysis proving the improvement, along with a clear change log. Projects should involve complex, multi-domain engineering, such as inverter housings, EV battery enclosures, ECU housings, axle components, turbocharger housings, or EV structural components. Failures must result from analysis, not artificial creation, and pre- and post-change geometries and simulation conditions must align with the documented design change.
