Mechanical and Electrical Design of A Security Access Door

There is a door which is 80” H x 32” W. This is a security door that will be placed to cover the door opening of a vacant property. The objective of the door is the following: -The door can be unlocked from the outside using a code on a keypad. -When the code is correct, the door unlocks electrically. If the code is incorrect, nothing happens. -When the door is unlocked, and closed from the outside, it locks back again automatically or upon a mechanical effort by the user. -When the door is closed, and someone is inside, they can never be locked out, and can open the door from the inside upon mechanical effort by the user An example of an existing comparable product is shown in the following video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L5x3qFJuuM4 The goal is to minimize the weight and thickness of the door while maximizing the integrity of security and strength. If a battery is used to operate the system, it must be accessible from the outside but not too obvious. We require the mechanical and electrical system of how the locking and unlocking should happen designed with an explanation of how the 4 objectives of the door is achieved. Note that you should leave space at the top-to-middle portion of the door for a small camera and sensor circuitry that is being separately developed and will be embedded on the door that would record any one outside the door. Deliverables -3D CAD file (preferably STEP) of the door -3D CAD file (preferably STEP) of the corresponding frame -Bill of Materials - Any firmware to control the locking system and an explanation of how it works.
