Mechatronics Engineer — Wearable Enclosure (Optical Sensing)

I need a mechatronics/enclosure engineer to turn a finished 22mm circular PCB into a sealed, wearable wrist-worn core. The electronics are done (BLE module, optical PPG sensor, IMU, temp sensor). I need someone who understands that on a wrist-worn device, the enclosure is part of the sensor Scope: Design the sealed core around the 22mm PCB (parametric CAD) Integrate the optical sensor window as a signal decision, material, clarity, skin contact, light-leak control ,not just a cosmetic cutout IP67-level sealing, seal groove, tolerance stack-up Attachment interface for interchangeable housings Rapid FDM/resin fit-check prints before committing to tooling Ideally: validate that the enclosure yields a clean PPG signal on a real wrist You should have: Real wearable/body-worn enclosure experience (not just general product design) Hands-on experience placing a PPG/optical sensor behind a window against skin, and knowing the failure modes (light leakage, air gaps, contact pressure, motion) Fusion 360 / SolidWorks / Onshape fluency DFM for CNC and injection molding To apply: Share a portfolio of wearable or sensing enclosures you've designed, your toolchain, and your rate.
