Med Spa Appointment Setter – Warm Inbound Leads We are hiring a remote **Appointment Setter / Patient Coordinator** for an established Orange County medical spa. This will begin as a **30–60 day trial period**, with the opportunity to become a **long-term role for someone who demonstrates consistent, reliable performance**. **This is not cold calling.** You will speak with warm inbound leads who have already expressed interest in a facial/aesthetic treatment and scheduled a phone call. Your goal is to answer basic questions, build trust, and book qualified prospects for an **in-person consultation**. What You'll Do * Approximately **18–24 appointments may be scheduled per day. Actual completed call volume will vary based on attendance and scheduling.** * Answer basic questions about treatments and the consultation process * Handle common questions/objections professionally * Schedule in-person consultations and collect a **$40–$50 deposit** * Document call outcomes, appointments, deposits, and follow-ups Required Schedule **Monday–Friday:** 10:30 AM–4:30 PM Pacific Time **Saturday:** 10:30 AM–3:00 PM Pacific Time **Consistent availability during these hours is required.** Calls are handled through **Aircall and recorded for quality assurance, training, and performance evaluation**. Performance will be based on controllable metrics such as **calls completed, consultation booking rate, deposit conversion rate, call quality, and accurate documentation**. Ideal Candidate You should have excellent spoken English, a warm and confident phone presence, and experience in **appointment setting, inbound sales, patient coordination, or phone sales**. You must be comfortable asking for a deposit and handling objections without sounding aggressive or scripted. **Med spa, aesthetics, cosmetic, dental, dermatology, or elective healthcare experience is strongly preferred.** Aircall/iClosed experience is a plus.
