About Rimo Rimo is building the operating system for modern telehealth. We help businesses launch, manage, and scale healthcare offerings through software, compliance, patient management, and automation. We’re looking for someone obsessed with outbound sales, partnerships, and lead generation to help us dominate the med spa market. This role has one goal: Book qualified demos with med spa owners that convert into Rimo customers. ⸻ Responsibilities Your entire focus is generating qualified opportunities for our sales team. Outbound Sales •⁠ ⁠Build and manage lists of med spas across the U.S. •⁠ ⁠Cold email med spa owners •⁠ ⁠Cold call med spas •⁠ ⁠Instagram outreach •⁠ ⁠LinkedIn outreach •⁠ ⁠SMS outreach •⁠ ⁠Follow up relentlessly until meetings are booked •⁠ ⁠Re-engage old leads Lead Generation •⁠ ⁠Source thousands of qualified med spas •⁠ ⁠Maintain and organize CRM •⁠ ⁠Keep outreach pipelines full •⁠ ⁠Research high-value targets •⁠ ⁠Continuously improve lead quality Paid Marketing •⁠ ⁠Launch and manage Meta campaigns targeting med spa owners •⁠ ⁠Test LinkedIn advertising •⁠ ⁠Manage Google Search campaigns •⁠ ⁠Create landing pages and lead magnets •⁠ ⁠Improve CPL and booked meeting rates •⁠ ⁠Work with creatives to produce new ads Partnerships •⁠ ⁠Build relationships with med spa consultants •⁠ ⁠Network with industry agencies •⁠ ⁠Create referral partnerships •⁠ ⁠Attend virtual and in-person industry events when needed Optimization •⁠ ⁠Track every KPI •⁠ ⁠Improve outreach messaging •⁠ ⁠A/B test email copy •⁠ ⁠Test new acquisition channels •⁠ ⁠Find creative ways to generate meetings ⸻ Success Metrics (KPIs) You will be measured on results—not activity. Primary KPIs: •⁠ ⁠Qualified demos booked •⁠ ⁠Qualified demo show rate •⁠ ⁠Closed revenue generated •⁠ ⁠Cost per booked meeting •⁠ ⁠Sales pipeline created Secondary KPIs: •⁠ ⁠Emails sent •⁠ ⁠Calls made •⁠ ⁠Response rate •⁠ ⁠Positive reply rate •⁠ ⁠Meetings booked per week •⁠ ⁠Partnership opportunities created ⸻ Ideal Candidate You: •⁠ ⁠Have experience selling B2B SaaS or services •⁠ ⁠Understand outbound sales •⁠ ⁠Are comfortable cold calling •⁠ ⁠Know how to write high-converting outreach •⁠ ⁠Can manage paid advertising campaigns •⁠ ⁠Love testing new growth channels •⁠ ⁠Are highly organized •⁠ ⁠Move fast without being micromanaged •⁠ ⁠Care about winning, not just checking boxes Bonus if you have experience with: •⁠ ⁠Med spas •⁠ ⁠Aesthetic clinics •⁠ ⁠Telehealth •⁠ ⁠Healthcare software •⁠ ⁠HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator ⸻ What Winning Looks Like Within 30 Days: •⁠ ⁠CRM organized •⁠ ⁠Outreach systems live •⁠ ⁠First demos consistently booked •⁠ ⁠Paid campaigns launched Within 60 Days: •⁠ ⁠Predictable outbound pipeline •⁠ ⁠Multiple acquisition channels working •⁠ ⁠Consistent weekly qualified demos Within 90 Days: •⁠ ⁠A scalable lead generation engine •⁠ ⁠Reliable flow of qualified med spa sales calls •⁠ ⁠Direct contribution to recurring software revenue ⸻ Compensation •⁠ ⁠Competitive base salary •⁠ ⁠Performance bonuses based on qualified demos booked •⁠ ⁠Additional bonuses tied to closed revenue •⁠ ⁠Opportunity to grow into Head of Growth or Partnerships as Rimo scales ⸻ This Role Is NOT This is not a customer support position.
