Cult Media is a performance creative agency helping consumer app and tech brands scale through UGC-driven paid ads and organic creator strategies. We work with brands running serious ad spend who need a systematic creative testing machine, not just a content vendor. We're growing fast, targeting $100k/mo MRR, and building a small but high-output team that moves quickly and operates at a high standard. The Role This is an execution-first role combining media buying with creative strategy. You won't just be managing ad accounts, you'll be the person responsible for connecting creative output to real performance outcomes. You'll be in ad accounts daily optimizing campaigns primarily on Meta, with TikTok and other platforms as needed You'll drive creative strategy by analyzing what's working, generating new angles, and briefing our UGC editors and creators You'll be client-facing, owning communication and presenting results directly What You'll Do Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns daily across Meta and TikTok Structure campaigns for systematic creative testing at volume (we run 100-300 ad variations per client) Generate ad angles, scripts, and briefs for our UGC creators and editors Analyze creative performance and build iterations based on what the data shows Manage ad spend across multiple clients in the $10k-$250k/mo range Own client comms: weekly updates, strategy calls, reporting, and feedback loops Track and report on KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPI, install quality etc.) with clear insight What We're Looking For Hands-on experience running paid ads for consumer apps, tech brands, or B2C SaaS Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads Experience with creative strategy: UGC angles, hook testing, script briefs Comfortable being client-facing and presenting performance clearly Previous agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously Excellent written and spoken English Detail-oriented, data-driven, organized, and proactive Available to work around US Eastern hours Why Cult Media Work directly with consumer tech brands running real ad budgets Role combines media buying, creative direction, and client ownership, not siloed execution 100% remote with a lean, high-output team structure Unlimited PTO Opportunity to grow into a senior role as we scale toward $100k-$500k MRR Direct access to founders who are actively building alongside you Apply Now If this sounds like the right fit, we'd love to hear from you.
