Role Description We're hiring a Media Buyer + Creative Strategist who owns both sides of performance: the data and the creative. This isn't a role for someone who just pulls levers in Ads Manager — we need someone who can diagnose why a campaign is underperforming, develop a sharp new creative angle, design the ad, launch it, and beat the control. You'll manage campaigns across 2–8 home service clients, with monthly ad budgets ranging from $2,000–$10,000 per client. You'll own performance end-to-end — from campaign architecture and creative testing to weekly reporting and scaling decisions. What You'll Own Campaign Management Build, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns from scratch or scale existing campaigns Manage daily spend pacing, bid adjustments, and budget scaling Ensure proper pixel, tracking, and Go HighLevel CRM integration on every campaign Troubleshoot performance drops fast — no campaign goes more than 24 hours without a check Creative Development Develop 5+ new winning creatives per month based on audience research and angle testing Design static and motion ad creatives optimized for Meta placements Build and iterate on creative frameworks that consistently beat controls Document what's working and apply learnings across the client roster Who We're Looking For Proven track record running Meta lead generation campaigns for local/home service businesses You have examples of winning creatives you've built that outperformed controls. Understanding how to develop creative around angles, top-of-funnel, and retargeting engagement. You can design scroll-stopping ad creative (static at minimum; video editing is a big plus) You understand CPA, CPL, ROAS, and CTR — and know how to move them in the right direction You're proactive: you catch problems before clients or management do Nice to have: Landing page optimization, Google Ads, SEO fundamentals, Go HighLevel CRM experience, video editing Qualifications 5 years in Media Planning, Media Buying, and Creative Development Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams Experience crafting and executing innovative ad strategies in Google ads is a plus Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote work setting Compensation & Benefits Total OTE: Up to $3,600+/month Base Salary: $300/client Performance Bonus: (Shown appointments, CPA, CPL) 2 Weeks Paid Time off per year Clear growth path to Head of Paid Media with expanded comp and team management Yearly Salary Increase
