Media Buyer (Lead Gen)

We are seeking a dedicated Media Buyer (2–5 years of experience) specializing in the home improvement niche to join our team agencies and individuals with other commitments need not apply. We are looking for a true "A-player" who is ready to step up from purely buying media into a comprehensive marketing role that includes coordinating with designers and developing strategic marketing plans. You must be an expert in generating high-quality leads for roofing, window, door, and renovation companies, possessing a deep understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for high-ticket home services. In this role, you will be responsible for flawless campaign setup, daily metric monitoring, and executing guided, data-driven optimizations based on strict SOPs. You will also manage clear performance reporting and brief graphic designers on winning hooks and creative angles to prevent ad fatigue.
