We're a full-stack marketing agency that runs paid launches for coaches, info-product creators, and high-ticket brands. Our funnels are webinars and challenges, free and paid, driven almost entirely by Meta. We need a media buyer who has run paid traffic into live launches before, not just evergreen lead gen. You know what a registration funnel costs, what a good cost-per-registrant looks like, and how to hold CAC steady while spend climbs during a launch window. What you'll own: - Build and manage Meta campaigns driving registrations to webinars and challenges - Manage daily budgets and pacing across cold, nurture, and retargeting - Watch performance daily during launch windows and act on creative fatigue - Keep tracking clean: pixel, CAPI, and UTM hygiene so the numbers are trustworthy - Write creative briefs and give clear direction to our design and video team - Report on spend, CPR, CPL, and ROAS in plain numbers we can act on You're a fit if you have: - 2+ years buying Meta ads, with $50K+/mo managed at some point - Direct experience running ads into webinars, challenges, or info-product launches - Strong grip on funnel math (CPR, cost per booked call, ROAS, breakeven) - Comfort scaling fast under launch pressure without blowing CAC - Ability to diagnose tracking and attribution problems on your own - Self-managing: you flag issues and bring fixes, we don't chase you Nice to have: TikTok or YouTube ads, Whop / high-ticket checkout experience, Airtable and ClickUp. How we work: Fully remote, async-friendly, run on ClickUp, Slack, and Airtable. Work comes in launch cycles, so some weeks are heavier than others.
